Experts Warn About Powdered Alcohol

Inconspicuous packets with a powder inside that contains alcohol, and a lot of it -- about 4.8 percent by volume. The equivalent to 1.5 glasses of liquor. Add powder to cold water, and you have an alcoholic drink containing either vodka or rum.
